Computer Clinic® provides IT support, maintenance, infrastructure management, AMC and proprietary software solutions. Specific terms are detailed in individual service agreements or Statements of Work (SOWs).
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in the preceding three months.
All proprietary tools developed by Computer Clinic® (NAS, DMS, AI tools) remain our intellectual property. White-label agreements grant limited usage rights as defined in separate agreements.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of each other's proprietary information and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. AMC fees for the remaining period are non-refundable upon client-initiated termination after 30 days of commencement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
